Hills of Montverde by Picket Fences American Home

Hills of Montverde is located in the town of Montverde, located adjacent to the Bella Collina Luxury community. The proposed development will be a 23.5-acre residential community. All the homes will be front porch-style homes. In addition, the community will include a mix of bungalow homes, drive-beside homes, garden homes, and some custom homes centered around centralized green spaces.

Hills of Montverde will be a  mix of unit types in a smaller neighborhood. The proposed builder for this project may be Picket Fences American Homes. Prices will be starting in the high 400's; if it takes another 12-18 months to launch, prices can be as much as the high 500's.
